At ESIC Hospital Manesar, we strive to make the OPD check-in and appointment process as efficient and convenient as possible for our patients. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the process:
1. Scheduling an Appointment:
Online Appointment System:
- You can book your appointment through ESIC's AAA+ mobile app.
- Select the OPD department you wish to visit.
- Choose a preferred date and time slot.
- Enter your personal details and any relevant medical information.
- Confirm the appointment and receive an electronic confirmation via email or SMS.
In-Person Booking:
- Visit the hospital’s OPD registration desk at ground floor.
- Produce your ePehchan Card and other Photo ID card. Book an appointment for the day for consultation with doctor of a speciality.
2. Check-in Process:
Before Arrival:
Ensure you have all necessary documents, such as identification proof, ESIC card and any previous medical records or referral letters.
Arrival at the Hospital:
OPD Reception Desk: Upon arrival, proceed to the OPD reception desk. Take a queue token if you have not taken a prior appointment.
Registration: Present your appointment confirmation received through SMS or the queue token, ESIC card, and identification to the staff.
Verification: The staff will verify your details, update your records if necessary, and register your visit.
You shall be provided with a sequence number in the particular speciality. You shall have to wait for your turn.
3. During Your Visit:
Waiting Area:
- Wait in the designated area for your token or number to be called.
- Keep your appointment slip/token handy.
Consultation:
- When your number is called, proceed to the respective department.
- Consult with the doctor or specialist as per your appointment.
- If required, the doctor may request additional tests or refer you to other departments.
4. After the Consultation:
Follow-Up Appointments:
If needed, schedule follow-up appointments at the reception desk or through our online system.
Prescriptions and Tests:
- Collect any prescribed medications from the hospital pharmacy at gourd floor.
- If additional tests are required, visit the respective department (Radiology or Laboratory, etc.) as directed.
Referral:
If referred to a government hospital or an empanelled center, follow the instructions for referral and cashless treatment or otherwie as per ESIC guidelines.
5. Additional Information:
Appointment Rescheduling/Cancellation:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, contact the hospital’s OPD helpdesk or use our AAA+ mobile App as early as possible.
